Okay, so this is my 1st “real” post. I started something called Daily Burn 8 days ago. Let me tell you, even though those workouts are only 30 minutes or less, it really is working. Just a piece of advice if you miss a day, good luck, it will kick your ass to get caught up. I feel motivated to really do better each and every day.
